Question 1

How long does an iPhone screen repair take?

Accepted Answer

Most repairs are done while you wait. Turnaround time depends on the fault, repair required and parts availability. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe after diagnosis. Walk-ins are always welcome, and you can book ahead to lock in a time that suits you.

Question 2

Do you use genuine parts?

Accepted Answer

We use high-quality aftermarket OLED/LCD screens and batteries. Ask about genuine manufacturer parts for your model; availability must be confirmed against model compatibility and stock before booking.

Question 3

Do you offer a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Yes — warranty cover ranges from 3 to 12 months depending on the repair and part selected. Screen replacements include a 3 or 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects depending on the selected screen. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Question 4

Will repairs void my Apple warranty?

Accepted Answer

If your iPhone is still under Apple warranty, third-party repairs may affect it. We'll always advise honestly before starting any work so you can decide with confidence.

Question 5

Do you price match?

Accepted Answer

We'll beat a genuine written local quote for the same device, repair and part. Bring the quote in for comparison.

Question 6

Can I book in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes—book a drop-off time online through our online booking system. We’ll confirm whether the required parts are in stock or need to be ordered, and provide an estimated repair time after diagnosis.
