    Frequently asked questions

    Which MacBooks do you repair?

MacBook Air and MacBook Pro from around 2015 onwards, including all Retina, Touch Bar and Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, M4) models.

My MacBook got liquid damage — is it worth fixing?

Often yes, especially if it's a newer Apple Silicon model. Bring it in as soon as possible — do NOT try to turn it on. We do a free visual inspection and quote before any work begins.

    Do you do board-level repairs?

Yes — we can diagnose and repair many logic board faults including charging IC issues, backlight and no-power faults. Complex board work is quoted after diagnostic.

    Will my data be safe?

For most repairs your SSD is unaffected. For water damage or dead MacBooks we'll discuss data recovery options with you before starting any work.
